Luis Cañas Viñas Viejas 2023 white wine (85% Viura, 10% Malvasía Riojana, 5% Tempranillo blanco), paired with sweet potato and spinach cream.

Basape Cinco Inviernos Crianza 2018 red wine (100% Tempranillo) paired with caramelized cheese and chili pepper jam. Basape Reserva 2010 red wine (100% Tempranillo) paired with Sertã chicken pica with Serra cheese.

Vina Asomante Grand Reserva 2001 red wine (50% Tempranillo and 50% Cariñena) paired with sautéed mushrooms with quinoa and spinach.
